1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility Criteria
- To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be unworn or unused.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away at support@joomvine.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
- Sale items and gift cards.

6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet the eligibility criteria (unworn, original packaging, proof of purchase) mentioned above.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Processing Time: Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@joomvine.com.
